DANCING WITH THE STARS — SHASTA COUNTY STYLE
Modeled after the popular reality TV show on ABC, the Shasta County version features six community members who are matched up with experienced dancers. The six couples dance and audience members vote with their wallets. At the end of the evening, the couple receiving the most votes is crowned the people’s champion. The three-member judging panel selects the couple worthy of the “judges’ choice” award. Proceeds from the event support the life-saving services of One SAFE Place.
The performance date for this annual fund-raising event is held at the end of June at the Cascade Theatre. Please purchase tickets at www.cascadetheatre.org or by calling the Cascade Theatre Box Office at (530) 243-8877.
